Regional Sales Manager - Central Region

The FieldServer combined with an extensive driver library makes the perfect package to achieve interoperability. Drivers included in this library are Modbus, LonWorks®, BACnet, JCI Metasys, DH+, PROFIBUS, in addition to drivers for fire alarm panels, controllers and many other devices. FieldServer’s can be found in industrial plants and commercial buildings around the world meeting the interoperability needs of facility managers and process control engineers.

Job Description

• The RSM will aggressively seek new opportunities to expand the company's products and services to existing customers and add new customers to the organization
• The RSM will have good working relationships with key customers, employees, and partners in this region
• Achieve and ideally surpass a sales quota for the Central region
• Update company CRM with contacts, opportunities and monthly forecasts
• Review projects, issues and opportunities of significance with management
• Attend national sales shows, as applicable, throughout the year
• Signing up distributors and integrators
• Concentrate on vertical markets such as: municipalities; state, local and federal governments; campuses and OEM accounts
• Ensure that all actions are accomplished in an ethical manner
• Enable solutions for customers interoperability challenges

Job Requirements

• BS degree in Sales and Marketing
• 5 Years HVAC & industrial automation industry experience
• Established network within central region
• Efficient problem resolution skills and follow through capabilities
• Excellent ability to understand and explain the equipment’s operations and communication interfaces; technical aptitude is advantageous
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and CRM.
